Dear Tom,

Where do I start, The Private Dinner Party on Sunday evening for eight guest presented by you and your staff was fabulous. The menu could never be improved. Six delicious courses paired with the best wine and to end with the Digestif was over the top! I have told everyone about the “White Chocolate-Macadamia Nut Martini”. Perfect ending to a perfect dinner.

My gratitude to you and your staff for creating a great evening for me and my guest. You told me that my kitchen would be left as you found it, and you did.

“Andrew won a private chef experience with the Unforgettable Chef from the WBBM News Smart Quiz. We went to Tom’s home for a demonstration of his culinary techniques. Tom was a most gracious host and treated us as if he had known us for years, just like good friends. I had requested that Tom teach us how to make cream of asparagus soup, and he was clear and concise and used basic culinary language so that it was very easy to follow his directions. The soup was outstanding as well as all the other wonderful dishes he prepared for us. Andrew liked the way Tom explained the chemistry side of cooking and tied it into the demonstration. Tom showed us proper technique in serving guest and being a gracious host and we learned a lot in a short time.

We would recommend this experience to anyone and would like to have Tom teach us another class in the future.

And you and your assistant, Kristy , took care of everything from cooking to serving to cleaning the dishes. The kitchen was sparkling when it was over!
