Chef Tom shares his knowledge, teaching classical cooking techniques, easy meal preparation ideas and insider tips. You’ll also learn how to create a memorable dining experience and pair wines with food.

Classes for groups of four to six are held Wednesday evenings in Chef Tom’s home from 7 pm to 9 pm, at a cost of $50 per person.

For parties of ten or more, Chef Tom will come to your facility. Chef Tom can also teach classes for youth.

All necessary food, tools and wine are supplied.
